Cotto either needs to put on his big boy undies and fight his mando, or vacate and let some REAL fighters fight for it.

And NOBODY thinks Cotto will ever fight GGG. He wont. Ever. Even at 154.2. Its not happening. Cotto knows he gets his **** pushed in no matter the weight. We just want him to get out of the way so GGG can unify.
So on one hand you recognize that Cotto is a washed up fighter but you still want him to get in the ring for these so called "real" fighters can fight - so I suppose in your world, the big boys in their overhyped Dodge Challengers should just steamroll over the Prius just because they can, although it proves nothing.

Cotto / GGG then accomplishes what? GGG would still be a paper champ because he beat up a battered, old man who's currently fighting tonight UNDER the Jr. MW division.

I'm curious, I just think people are salty because Cotto's opponent tonight is considered a tune-up by Cotto standards, but for GGG, Geale represents GGG's greatest in-ring accomplishment - it's a hard pill to swallow I suppose.

Maybe you should actually read things before making yourselves look like @ssholes.
Nah bro, u are the ****** for trying to make hypothesis that suit your bias. If he can do all that for Floyd then he can do it for cotto and canelo as well. Both will be at catchweighs. Accept it n move on. Stop trying to have it both ways.

There's two sides of the fence with this Cotto/GGG debate. No one side will win the argument. But all I know is I'd hate to be on the side that's actually defending the lineal middleweight champion having a 157lb catchweight in a title fight!

            What the ****, man.

And I'm also glad I'm not on the side of the man who's very very very clearly ducking another fighter who has been calling for a shot against the WBC champion for years and is now mandatory. Not to mention Cotto has duck'd Canelo twice already in one year lmao.

            I'm out.

GGG already said he'll fight anyone from 154 and up, it would probably be a 157 catchweight like the geale fight.

Why would Cotto duck Canelo, he hasn't looked good at all for anyone to be scared of him...

Cotto weighed in at 153.6 so it is very clear that the man is not a Middleweight at all so yeah not really Cotto but Freddie Roach is going to try and drain the hell out of GGG if they fight. If he doesn't want to fight GGG then he can easily just Drop The Title!

Cotto vs Canelo doesn't really need to be for a title to be a big match up so Cotto can just drop that title WBC and let GGG go fight a Bum for it.

Peasants... Let it go. We all know Cotto is your favorite giant killer. Admit that deeeeeeep down, you want Cotto to save Canelo by fighting GGG on behalf of Canelo. Keep it real....Canelo is 155lbs and claiming silly shyt like, "when I move up to 160lbs, I will fight everyone..." As if 155 is somehow featherweight. Dude is a warrior when it comes to fighting KO victims like Kirkland but feels a bit "light" when it comes to GGG.

                    Buncha peasants...
