    I don't think so either.

Now I'm not implying that the fight should be a catchweight, because imo it should not especially since it's a mando.

So if he went down to 154 to fight floyd for example, like some other where suggesting, would he be "drained" for that fight as well?
i dunno why it isn't clear to you guys

he's only fighting FLOYD at 154, because the risk/reward is worth it
he's only fighting FROCH at 168, because the risk/reward is worth it

he isn't fighting guys nobody has ****ing heard of or don't bring any money at 154 or 168

the Ward fight will happen once Ward gets his name back out there, right now nobody even gives a **** about him, or Lara

these are just names the haters latch on to because they're unrealistic fights for numerous reasons, and they can say "GGG ducking doe"

Ok I see you didn't get my question. Go re-read and then come back to me. I know all about the risk/reward scenario so spare me the details.

at 33 years old, yes he'd be drained at 154

that's why I've said Floyd wins that fight (you can find my thread that I posted here, where everyone said I was nuts)

there's a reason he isn't campaigning at 154, where there are actually big money fights (Floyd, Canelo namely) and instead is fighting at a bigger weight class

So GGG would be drained at 154. Cool just asking.

IF Golovkin were to fight Floyd, he would most likely fight only twice that year and take from 6 to 8 months to drop the weight properly. This would give his body time to adjust and he would be able to go into the fight in good health and not drained at all. This would also result in a certain loss of muscle mass which would require another long period to return to MW properly. This is the reason why only a very well paying fight such as a Mayweather bout would be worth the time and effort.

if GGG fights floyd at 154 he will also be drained, he knows floyd is not a risk to his health power wise, drianed or not, at the most he will get outpointed with jabs...

If GGG can make 154 to get cotto, I don't see what the problem is.
