Matchroom Sport seems to have an exclusive deal to broadcast fights on Sky Sports. If you can show me a fight card that's been on Sky that wasn't at least "in association with Matchroom Sport", I'll leave it alone.
Still, even beyond that, why would Sky Sports spend the money on a fight with Khan, knowing that he's not committed to the network in any meaningful way and that, from the look of things, the rest of his fights will likely air on Box Nation?
At least in the case of Kell Brook, win or lose but as long as he holds his own, Sky Sports continues on with a fighter that their audience has seen develop and a fighter whose career would then continue on with Sky Sports, be it on the regular Sky Channel or Box Office (he's still good enough to give any other welterweight on the planet utter hell).
