I am a professional and always try to give people the benefit of the doubt and expect them to act as professionals as well. For whatever reason, the idea of professionalism seems to be a lost concept in the boxing world for the most part, whether it is the fighters themselves acting like spoiled children or the sanctioning bodies not having the balls to stand up for their principals. Kids putting together a pick up game of ball in the park have more ethics than the sport of boxing. It is beyond ridiculous and boxing deserves to remain a fringe sport.

Miguel is on a run of wins and Canelo in his last few fights has added the names of Lara, Trout, Angulo and Kirkland to his resume.

Lets just be rid of the WBC smh. Im getn tired of the argument by Cotto fans that hes so accomplished that he doesnt have to give GGG a shot, if thats the case then he should just retire. My thing is if hes gonna hang on to the strap then he should face the best MW, if not then vacate and live off what hes already accomplished. But as long as hes active and the champ, ppl are gonna demand that he fight the best out there, if he drops the strap he can fight anybody he wants, literally anybody without fans demanding he face the best
