You just need one reason. Mayweather is an Elite fighter. Khan is not in his class.

3 reasons? Well the top 3 is chin issues, gets timed, lacks stamina as the fight gets into the later rounds and I still don't see him having good power at 147. Ooops I listed 4.

That said, if he can miraculously put it all together for one fight against Floyd and uses his assets to his benefit and manages to pull off the upset then the 3 reasons that Khan has no chance is:

- American judge #3

I would laugh if Khan gets 1 or 2 points deducted in the fight against Floyd. One for holding and one for pushing off on Floyd.
