Khan knows EXACTLY WHAT HE IS DOING, exactly, don't be fooled, this all 1BIG PLOY BY BIG BUSINESS. Boxing is a fraternity, and insiders all know what they are doing in order to squeeze $$$ out of the fans while leaving them bewildered, frustrated, angry, etc.

Its not even about winning the fight for Khan, its about the EXPOSURE and the Long term financial/Political rewards that come with having a fighter like TBE on your record. He doesn't need to win, he just needs to have TBE on his record.

I don't even think Khan is fully committed to boxing, he's a Politician, that's why he says all those insane things, theres an agenda, he just wants to cash out with Having been a guy who fought TBE before he retires.

That name alone to someone like Khan with his Political and Business ties/connects and interest over seas in the Arab part of the world like Pakistan/India (Dubai) is worth even more than the $200million TBE made against Pacquiao, in the long term for Khan and his handlers.
