AMIR KHAN wants Floyd Mayweather's crown as pound-for-pound king - whether he fights him or not.

The Bolton welterweight is desperate to face the undefeated American in September.

Mayweather, 38, claims he will retire after his 49th fight but many believe he will carry on to beat Rocky Marciano's unbeaten record which stands at 49.

Khan should just stop speaking this guy is an embarrassment to boxing. He keeps mentioning Thurman's name - Keith said his interested in the fight so what the problem, the problem is Thurman would destroy Khan, and there goes your Floyd fight. Does anyone out there think ALgieri won the fight to me he was the dominant fighter backing Khan up and landing the cleaner shots.
