As a fan I really hope Oscar doesn't get back in the ring. His time has passed and he needs to accept that. Younger fighters struggle after a long layoff so anyone north of 40 would be crazy to come back after 7 years away. It can only end badly for him.

But I can already see Mayweather picking up the phone and asking Oscar if he's serious.
De La Hoya / Mayweather II would probably do 2 million PPV buys...

I would accept this if it was WWE style, Hell in a Cell, free for all

DE LA hoya vs Mosley 3 would be fun to watch. But Roy Jones has brain damage from being knocked out to many times. Hopkins already proved he's better than him at an old age. They are all washed up for many many years now with the exception of Hopkins, he is only recently washed up.

I would pay to see De La Hoya fight again, but he was shot 8 years ago, so I can only imagine how he would be now. He always came to fight though.

id rather lose $100 watching these oldies than $5 watching mayweather again.

De La Hoya vs Pacquiao 2.
Top Rank is ready & willing to do anything to convince the public that #48 deserves a rematch with Mayweather.
