Brook Mayweather would be boring as *** idk why people wanna see that. At least Mayweather could KO Khan in an exciting fight
Khan or Brook likely to be Mayweather's next opponent

Man Khan got mauled in the Maidana fight. Stumbling around like a drunk fool for the last 6 rounds. He may have gotten the nod on the scorecards but I don't know how you can feel proud of that victory as a Khan fan. After beating Maidana, had Khan fought Jo Jo Dan and Frankie Gavin level opponents for the rest of his career, he'd only have that 1 loss on his record
and people like u wud be telling us Khan doesnt deserve the Floyd fight because he fought domestic level bums back to backComment

Brook deserves it much more than Khan. He's a champion and Khan ducked him anyway.
Mayweather should choose Brook and show Khan that you have to pay your dues to get a shot. Khan has been ducking fights for 2 years or more now trying to angle himself into a Mayweather fight. At least Brook went over and fought a champion who was massively hyped at the time and took his belt, then fought his mandatory. Fair enough Gavin wasn't a great opponent but it's not Brooks fault he couldn't get Khan in the ring.Comment

I don't know how you came to that conclusion or under what authority, because I'm reading something a lot different, on this forum, ESB, FH and others.Comment

I think he's a better welterweight. I was impressed with the way Kell cut the ring off against Gavin who if anything has decent footwork. My first choice would be Thurman, but he's not available. If Khan looked better against Algieri, I would be fine with it but he showed the same vulnerabilities. I'm a fan of all three fighters so I don't really care what happens. Also, I've wanted to see Garcia-Khan II for a while.Comment

If Khan v Mayweather happens it'll be Sky Box Office. Make no bones about it, Sky can hype the shít outta that and make a ton of money. I'm sure Eddie and Sky can make allowances if it's lining their pockets.1) Eddie Hearn seems to be doing a ton of current (and future) business with Haymon.
2) Eddie Hearn comes to the table with the exclusive deal with Sky Sports and the ability to have the fight on Sky Box Office/market the fight also on general UK TV (the best that Khan can hope for is Box Nation, the station that has basically broadcast every one of his fights for the last five years, ponies up a ton of money)
Hearn seems to do a pretty good job of just doing good business; discuss whatever possible deals between the principals, keeping the press out of things (the Khan situation has spilled into the press because, as the talks have gone on, Hearn seems to think that Khan simply doesn't want the fight, at any cost, regardless of what he says publicly). A similar situation also emerging in the Frampton-Quigg talks.
Just because he's not telling the public about it, doesn't mean that talks aren't happening.Comment
