If Porter KOs Broner, he'll probably get it.

But when is the last time Mayweather fought a black american?

He'll probably look at someone with a massive fanbase.

Right now, Khan probably makes the most sense. Or Danny Garcia.

But I just can't see it.

I'm actually shocked he's even being mentioned here.
      Me too.

But would be even better if Mayweather asked Khan and Brook to fight for the right.

Then they would also have legitimately earned it. Neither have done anything to earn it right now, especially Khan.

It would indeed. That's exactly why I want to see that fight instead.

Brook makes the most sense. Undefeated welter titlist. Go out as undisputed champ against a relatively safe opponent.

Idk wtf you cats who think Khan is a challenging opponent (some even were or still are suggesting Khan will beat Mayweather) for Mayweather are smoking, but the rule is puff puff pass so gimme some of that.

That's one of the only opponents I wouldn't be high on.

Nothing against Garcia, but it's just a really bad style match-up. Brook has power, Khan has speed, Porter has work-rate but imo Garcia brings virtually nothing to the table, even his JWW size adv. would be neutralized at 147.

Neither are difficult fights for him.

I think they're both difficult fights for anyone in the division*, I don't consider either to be an easy out.

*as long as Khan remains conscious that is, probably wouldn't for long against Thurman

They'll both be competitive for the first couple of rounds but I see Floyd figuring them out and winning comfortably 9-3/8-4. I wouldn't mind either fight but if Kell had fought a better fighter than Gavin, he would have a stronger claim.
