Yeah its bias, you notice if Pacs fights dont end in brutal beat downs or ko they say they were not impressed, yet nobody puts that type of pressure on Floyd, Pac has high expectations so when he doesnt finish a guy off or beat him to a pulp they feel he lost, that Floyd vs Pac fight was no wash it was close as hell, floyd missed a lot and the only damage he done was yanking on Pacs right arm in the clinch and ripping his shoulder up as evidenced by the dark red pooling in the back of the right shoulder from an internal bleeding rip.

Floyd never has to ko someone, he barely lands shots too, most of the time he is fighting scared and pulling his head back to avoid a shot and run or clinch, its lame really. But if you say this you are called a hater who dont know boxing. James Toney is one of my favorite fighters, he was slicka nd he never RAN or over clinched, he had one of the sweetest slip shoulder roll inside games ever. Floyd literally runs an clinches now he is purposely fighting safe to his health doesnt get damaged and he knows NSAC is in his pocket because he brings in big bucks.

That is b.s. Lara Canelo goes against the TS point. That black, slick fighters are always favored. Lara outboxed Canelo and was robbed. Lara looked better than Canelo, had Canelo missing wildly at times and STILL lost.

And outside of the fourth round Manny did not land the cleaner shots. Stop saying things that are clearly not true.

well i personally don't think slick fighters are always favored. just look at calzaghe-hopkins. a clear win for hopkins but he wasn't the a-side. lara wasn't the a-side either and lost to canelo. that's what i'm talking about when people use subjective things like fighting his fight. often the b-side fights the same exact way as an a-side but the decision turns out completely different.

no manny did land the cleaner shots. that's pretty clear. compubox was wrong. I watched the entire fight in slow motion. the connects were nearly equal I think about 109 to 100 for floyd by my count, but it was manny with the much cleaner and harder punches. more than half of floyd's punches were jabs where about 10 percent of manny's punches were jabs. also many of floyd's jabs weren't landing super clean or would just barely hit pac. same thing with a lot of his power shots. they would hit a lot of pacs glove or just graze him. the majority definitely were not the best scoring punches where the majority of pacs punches were clearly landing and having an impact. I had to rewatch many of floyd's punches to see if they were actually even connecting. many times they made the slightest contact or literally came within half an inch of pacs face but came up short. I guess it comes down to how you define a clean punch. if the punch simply touches your opponent does it count the same as a punch that completely distorts his face with a big impact? in my mind no but a lot of compuboxers think the opposite and hence they had floyd winning.

the illusion of landing clean punches is just as good as landing clean punches. hey if the judges think you are landing thats the only thing that really matters. I personally score based on cleaner punches and that was pac in rounds 3,4,6,7,8,9,10. if a round is near even in connects like 7,8,9 i'm going to give it to the guy with the stand out harder punches(pac) and i'm going to give it to the guy not using illegal tactics like clinching and bending below the waist. the other 5 rounds floyd landed the cleaner and better shots so he won them.

Just you know in some parts of the world the guy who constantly runs away from the fight, throwing very little and very light, covering up like a wuss while being beaten up in the corner, plus blatantly hugging at every opportunity is a visible loser.

American boxing is dead. It's a shame great fighters from other countries get fed to inferior American fighters and end up being made to appear as mere idiot brawlers.
