Cotto has journeyman level skills/talent but fills a niche. As long as he keeps selling tickets to that fanbase, promoters will find more crippled starven opponents for him.

This is how contracted catchweights work, you either fine the person who doesn't make weight a large amount OR you can say there's no fight. Both scenarios have happened before, you people act like this is the first time in history this is being done.
