Comments Thread For: Garcia: Rios Would Jump at Facing Juan Manuel Marquez

Brandon Rios already has a big opportunity on the table, with promoter Eddie Hearn of Matchroom looking to secure him for a fight on August 29th against IBF welterweight champion Kell Brook.

But there could be another opportunity, although a longshot, with talk of Juan Manuel Marquez returning to action. There is heavy talk in Mexico that local officials are very interested in having Marquez return in the fall as the headline star of a big event in Zocalo

Robert Garcia, who trains Rios, said he and his fighter would jump at the opportunity to get in the ring with the former four division champion.

The real question is if JMM can TKO Rios.

JMM beats him down. Even now.

Will be entertaining if they make it and would probably make some good coin.

                  lmao.

Unless Marquez has lost his legs it's a walk in the park...

                  rios gets ripped apart.
