ggg was fighting at 140 when he was 19 so he has done the same thingbut he just didn't turn pro yet. i see people making this same fallacy over and over again and giving fighters who turned pro before they were fully grown super credit as if they are fighting in divisions where they don't belong when the reality is they naturally grew into those divisions. a guy like ggg turned pro when he was already fully grown so moving up to him wouldn't be the same as others who move up naturally. if ggg turned pro as a young adult he would have been fighting at 140-147 as well.

Genuine boxing fans respect the sport, and dont accept that rubbish from anyone, even when " their " guy does it.

The casuals dont mind when their guy does it, but scream bloody murder if anybody else is "bidnizz minded", like Team Golovkin.

Golovkin is just very well-managed, that is all..... and there is nothing wrong with that..... but folks should see it for what it is and stop with the hype.

History will record Golovkin accurately, and he will reap what he sows.

no he's fighting geale first. the big powerful draw daniel geale. don't pretend its only about how much a fighter can draw because geale is proof that its not. the odds of winning a fight also comes in to play when selecting opponents.
