you're not reading my post correctly. this isn't a van damme movie. there are not hundreds of "unregulated boxing deaths" each year.

"Are you serious right now?" Someone needs to go travel to thailand right now, sports like Thai boxing are lethal. One of the coaches at my gym was a world champion in 1997 and he's told me more stories than I'd like to know. Incidents occur in real life much worse than any ****ty censored action movie you may like to compare reality to. However Thai boxing has had a much lower fatality rate compared to other sports in recent years. There are a lot of injuries such as broken bones and cuts more than anything else.
