Brandon Rios is a glorified journeyman!

OP said in his past 35 fights.
At 140, looking at the TBRB's top 10 list, he's capable of beating Jose Benavidez, Provodnikov, Vargas, Postol. Heck, with all the faith I've lost in him, he's capable of beating Adrien Broner. Not saying these are sure thing wins, but you'd be hard pressed to make an argument that betting odds would be far off from 50/50.
At 147, I'll laugh at you if you don't think Rios knocking out Khan isn't a completely plausible scenario. And in my personal opinion, Shawn Porter is one of most overrated mother****ers in this planet, and I think Rios is capable of beating him.Last edited by DoktorSleepless; 05-31-2015, 11:00 PM.Comment

So what if he's a glorified journeyman - he's a man in the toughest sport on the planet at a high level. Not everyone can be an ATG you casuals, just enjoy him for the type of fighter he is and move on.
We can point on deficiencies in every fighter, who cares.
On one hand you guys call Rios a glorified journeyman but on the other credit guys like GGG who's made a career of beating nothing but journeymenComment

if pac can beat rios.
khan boxes rios ears off.
khan is like a taller, bigger, younger more skilled pac.

That's all well and good, but what does that have anything to do with Brook's pi55 poor choice of opposition?I can appreciate fellow countrymen supporting their fighter but no one can rightfully deny the fact that Khan is an egotistical self-proclaimed prodigy who speaks about himself in third person. I understand a person promoting one's self but what Khan does is pure ridiculousness and he nearly got served up on Friday night. He thought for sure he would outdo Pac's performance when all he did was confirm how much more elite Pac is than he is himself.
Is Rios also Khan's fault now?Last edited by Box-Office; 05-31-2015, 11:47 PM.Comment

This is what Kell-ends say:
Khan beat Alexander, but it is not a good win, because Brook beat Porter who beat Alexander, so Alexander is not a good win cuz he has a loss to Porter forgetting the fact he is an established name, 2 weight champ and fought some of the most feared men: Matthysse, Bailey and Maidana (all wins) and that loss doesn't define his career.
Let's do one of your theories: Khan beat Algieri who beat Provo who beat down Alvarado in to submission who beat Rios and also happens to be his best win.
