If Brook is able to be the first one to stop Rios I'd say that's impressive. That would be a great way to market himself and he'll 100% get a big fight after that.

Khan needs to face someone good at Welterweight, he's noone to comment

I honestly think Khan is barely a good win for Brook, never mind Mayweather. Why's he so hyped? Are we just ignoring the Garcia, Prescott, Diaz and Algieri showings? One bad fight is negligible, but thats a list

Rios is a mediocre fight, but its slightly better than Algieri though... Rios has actually done things at Welterweight

Karass is a journeyman, Ward was a journeyman, Augustus was a journeyman.

Rio is a level or two above them so how can he be considered a journeyman?

                Mos def a certified cherrypick

but one that cud go all horribly wrong

Its the first time since Porter that we see Brook in the ring with someone with half a pulse

I dont mind tbh, better than Frankie Gavin and Jo Jo Dans of this world

He's gotten that value that only a guy who's fought a huge name has though. He's a great measurement tool for Brook to use. If he can stop Rios when Pacquiao couldn't there is something there for Brook & his team to hype & use to their advantage.

Another Brook driven thread by one of the two blinded by bias Khan fans.

                    Becoming a little obsessed.
