Algieri went from a jabber runner to a walk you down slugger. He deserves credit for trying hard and improving. He did not win though. Khan landed more and threw a hundred less. Khan 8-4 fair.

I had it 116-112 Khan but I can see 115-113. I expected - as most people - a much better performance from Khan. The way he was getting hit with left hooks and looping right hands with his chin up in the air was worrisome. If Algieri had any power he would have been in big trouble.

7-5 for Khan... but Algieri landed more powerful shots overall.

Algieri may have lost but he has gained some respect from boxing fans after the blowout loss to Pacquiao.

I like to see if his new trainer can help him improve further over his next couple of fights.

I think Algieri once again proved he's a world class boxer, which is impressive considering he's so new to the sport. He's just a notch below the absolute best P4P guys.

Dude is a born fighter, world champion in multiple fight sports. How many times has that happened Historically?

I watched on YouTube last night which just had the England commentary and it was a complete joke. Algieri wad working khan over for 2/3 of each round and smashing khan the whole fight with those rights and left hooks, and khan would throw a little patty cake combo that would bounce of algieris gloves and the commentators would say how good khan was doing. It was just like the mayweather pacquiao fight, the announcers were giving more credit for the guy running away and doing the charlston dance meanwhile algieri was the one working him over

How can you watch that fight and make a statement like that with a straight face? No way in hell? there were more clear Khan rounds and there were a few clear Algeri rounds but I'd say 5 rounds were up in the air... The guy with the bigger name got the nod... it happens. But 1 point in other fighters favor is a fair scorecard.
