I said that it should be Mayweather-Brook before the Khan fight, and it's even more apparent after. I wish Floyd didn't relinquish his titles, because he could have retired as undisputed champion (though I'm not sold on him retiring).

Wasn't he doing about 750-800k buys with Maidana? he's bound to get some sort of bounce from the Pacquiao fight even if it's only 200k, regardless of the opponent.

Canelo was seen in a positive light after beating Trout because he had been protected up until that point.

Khan on the other hand is being seen in a negative light, the last time that happened (early last year) he didn't land the fight, Maidana got it.

Canelo was seen as a money maker thats why it was made. Canelo almost lost to trout, and had so many flaws in that fight, biggest were the stamina issues. If canelo could land floyd after that performance cuz of his name, than khan can land floyd after this performance.

I actually thought it would be a legit fight until tonight, when I was reminded that Kahn is all hype. Would be embarrassing if Mayweather fought him after tonight's weak performance. As bad as this sounds, an Alvarez rematch would make more sense right now.
