taylor just blamed mental illness in a preliminary hearing. you don't plead crazy to somebody photoshopping pictures.

The stitches are from his surgery he needed after the beating which is why he looks more healed. He probably had orbital bone fractures amongst others that needed surgery. Taylor basically just admitted guilt when he said he claimed mental illness.
