WBA was the first and original sanctioning body of professional boxing. WBC wac created in 1963 by 12 countries from the invitation of the President of the Mexican Republic. On the other hand the IBF was created when Bob Lee split up from the original sanctioning body WBA and created his own the IBF. It was preceded by the USBA.

What I like about the WBA is that it has Super Champs. If you hold the WBA belt with another recognized belt, then you are a Super Champ. This is kind of cool.

I very much agree. What happend to the old 15 round battles for the 1 heavyweight title of the world? Now we have 12 round clinch fests for 1 of four world titles.

A big NO. WBO was never considered a real title. I think 3 is enough.

WBC, WBA & IBF are the real world title, we don't need anymore, man in a few years then we can also add IBO, this thing is becoming a joke.
