Comments Thread For: Wilder: Fury Has a Hell of a Chance To Beat Klitschko!

WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder (33-0, 32KOs) is preparing for the first defense of his world title, next month against Eric Molina in Alabama.

Unbeaten British contender Tyson Fury (24-0, 18KOs) is the mandatory challenger to WBA/IBO/IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (64-3, 53KOs).

Klitschko-Fury is being discussed for the fall, either in the UK or Germany.

Wilder is being mentioned as a potential opponent for both Klitschko and Fury. [Click Here To Read More]

When they aren't trash talking each other, there seems to be a lot of mutual respect between Fury and Wilder.

I saw film of them talking face to face at a show in the UK. What I picked up from it was the mutual respect, plus a strong and genuine desire to fight each other.

Fury/Wilder will be a great match-up if happens with both still unbeaten.

Deontay knows whats up. They need to make a Heavyweight tournament to make them household names. Fury, Wlad, Wilder, Povetkin.

Surprised they didn't make Wilder vs Fury first but I can't complain, Fury/Klitschko is one of the better matchups that might actually take place before the end of the calendar year.

Fury has to take his one shot and make this a 'checkers' type of fight. Not a chess match he cannot win at.

P.S. If he beats Wlad twice, Vitali will return from retirement and punish Fury.

No tourney needed when there's already a long crowned champ lol

Maybe a challenger tourney but why would Fury do that when he'e next in line?
