GGG simply doesn't get paired with hard hitting boxers, he won't ever fight Quillin, probably won't even fight Ndam. They need to stop acting like Cotto owes them something. He should either move up or keep his mouth shut because they are starting to look ******, GGG the tomato can killer.
Yes, Canelo gets credit for stepping up to guys within his own weight class. Whereas Golovkin has to step to another weight class?

Quillen ducked Golovkin plain as day several times. Ndam gave up his (interim?) belt to not fight Golovkin. Golovkin fought and beat hard hitting boxers Rubio and Stevens.

True though, Cotto owes him nothing but the belts. Or drop them.

That is exactly what he should do bro.

In a way, Mayweather is to blame for the current situation with Khan.

Mayweather should have told Khan..... " who the fcuk are you kid..... sorry, but I'm a welterweight, and a legend..... and you, you are none of those things..... so get relevant, or get lost ".

Khan has done nothing, because he was under the impression that his name alone was good enough..... just like Golovkin, and to a lesser extent Canelo, are doing with Cotto.
I'm sure Guerrero, Ortiz and Maidana was relevant

Geale was losing since the bell rang. Whereas Murray came back from knockdown to win some rounds and lasted almost 4 times more rounds than Geale. That's saying how much better Murray is.

"This Quillan is a disgrace, trying to fight a guy that started at 140"
There is nothing wrong calling out Cotto who has the belts, after all he's the champion.

Duran fought Hagler at middleweight. Duran was a lightweight and if you apply your logic to Hagler, are you going to call him a coward?

Roach is really starting to get on my nerves: "He's the middleweight champion of the world, so I don't see any reason why he wouldn't face anyone in the division," Roach told BoxingScene.com. Roach may not see, but just about everybody else is seeing that Cotto has no intentions of facing GGG and putting the middleweight championship on the line.

If he didn't ever intend to do that then he should have vacated that belt after he won it and not wasted an entire year of GGG's career by not letting him have what should be his.
What's with the obsession with the belts? Who cares. It's a worthless strap.

You do realize if Cotto gave up the strap a year ago, Golovkin would be in the same position he's in now. Best in the division with no credible opponents. He'd have dat belt doe.

I get what Cotto is saying. He is at the end of his career... Fought everyone and does NOT feel he needs to impress GGG or Canelo. Basically, "No Rookie or overnight sensation is going to dictate terms to me... I have paid my dues... Show me your dues?" Show me the stripes you've earned?

Best way to get a Cotto fight is to be humble as Cotto is not falling for the call out nor is he going to be swayed by somebody talking shyt to the media about how brave they are. It is what it is... We can't all be golden boys with big ass fake smiles and fishnet fetishes.

He has a point I suppose. But I still want to see him vs Canelo and Golovkin in that order.
