Unfortunately for Amir, being ducked by MayBeatHer while in your prime only makes you an average top 20 fighter. The rest is based on what you do in the ring and Amir is miles from anything serious

It doesn't matter how good he looks vs Algieri, it's a cherrypicked fight against the loser of another fight. And Canelo is closer to HOF status than any other young 20s fighter. Khan is so behind HOF, he needs to beat Floyd, Manny and Cotto, and neither is going to happen. He can create his own path to HOF slowly though with a pack of good wins.Comment

Jr. welterweight run was good until Peterson and Garcia. Current welterweight run isn't good and he's fighting Algieri. I'm a Khan supporter but I can't rate him that high. He needs to beat Thurman, Porter and Brook to be in hall of fame. I doubt he'll ever get Mayweather fight.Comment

I don't think Corrales is a Hall of Famer but okay I will take your word for it. 1) Hernandez and Castillo will not be hall of famers, 2) Gatti is a hall of famer but I think we agree that he doesn't belong there (fat done used Espn to get him in there), 3) Marquez I give you credit but he made him jump up two weight categories and he didn't make the catch weight of 145 he came in 146 so he should have been disqualified, Marquez did not have one fight at 140 nor 147 before he fought arguably the best welterweight of his era not fair, 4) Mosley was way way over the hill Mayweather ducked him at his prime, 5) Cotto is a toss up to me he was already over the hill yes he is middleweight champ but he beat a one legged fighter, 6) Canelo was drained and too young what was he 21 come on, and 7) Pacquiao was also over the hill if they fought 5 years ago Floyd loses.
To me Floyd is a great fighter but God damn it there is always something with his fights catch weight, fighting a guy over his prime, making a guy not wear a particular gloves, big ring, dehydration clauses, fighting only in Las Vegas knowing he brings millions in so obviously he will get the benefit of the doubt in close decisions.
You mentioned Castillo but he lost the first fight. So we don't have to debate that it. Now I also believe that he won the other close fights against Cotto and De la Hoya and Pacquiao (Pacquiao screwed it up injury or too much bible). To me the biggest enigma in boxing is Floyd he has so many skills but he has to always have some kind of God damn advantage. this taints his legacy.
I also would have loved him to have faced Mosley, Paul Williams, De la Hoya, Freitas, Spadafora, etc, in their primes.
Also I think he should fight more "prime" black fighters he didnt in his career and he wont now. Why cant he give another brother a shot? Scared another brother will steal his shine? He should fight Andrade, Lara or Thurman next. Stop with the not enough money crap. This argument is really racist. If he fights Garcia next he will be fighting another flat footed fighter just greatComment
