Frochs going to ride off into the sunset with his HUGE win over George Groves? lol! I think Hopkins beat Calzaghe but he still got the W so even if Froch were to beat a guy with a limited resume like GGG, hed still need a more significant win to over shadow his countrymen Calzaghe & Lewis. In all reality, GGG is HIGH risk, LOW reward for Froch. Id give him props for taking the fight but win or lose Froch actually loses. Hell Froch should just move up to LHW and challenge Adonis or Kovalev. Winning either would put him on par Calzaghe or Lewis.

If Froch wanted this fight, it would already be in serious negotiations and the details would well on the way to being finalized. He would not be rambling on as to whether he should take the fight or retire.

No one "needs" Golovkin. It's almost ALWAYS the other way around. GGG needs foes to compete with because scraping the bottom of the barrel for scraps will only work for so long.

I agree with that. Everyone says GGG is too big for Mayweather and that all he has fought it bums. The simple fact is that neither Cotto nor Canelo are willing to risk it against GGG, so they are stalling. So GGG is willing to move up abd fight Froch. After GGG beats Froch the haters of GGG will say that Froch is a bum and washed up and old. GGG could beat Andre Ward right now. GGG has time yet. At least three more good years. They all can't avoid him that long without everyone knowing they are running.

It's because Froch can do whatever the *** he wants. He can say "jump" and GGG will say "how high, Sir Carl?". He doesn't have to do a damn thing.
