Austin Trout back, possibly Aug 1 PBC on ESPN

Trout said he hopes to be back, with a target date of August 1. ESPN is putting in their 2nd PBC card that date. No opponent named yet. Trout is ranked top 6 by all four major bodies.

Julian Williams has been name dropping him recently, so that would be a good scrap. But he fights June 13 on Showtime. Would he be ready 6 weeks after a fight?

Jermell Charlo just beat Vanes M. This would be another good match up.

Vanes could be an option for Trout also. As could Ishe Smith.

Love Trout, but he has the same issue Alexander does; tremendous natural talented hindered by a mind that sometimes doesn't want to be there. No real aggression, grit, or hunger for the fight. Dying to see Austin a bit more focused and not afraid to get aggressive when the round calls for it. The guy has so many other things going for him.
