"Late Saturday afternoon PBC Boxing on NBC drew a 0.85 overnight rating. That’s on par with the 0.9 overnight rating PBC Boxing drew on CBS at 4pm on May 9 (which was down from a 1.1 on April 4)."

Now people will go and **** all over the "rating" but forget that people generally come out of work ( the ones who watch boxing and work as well) in the afternoon

**** numbers for a Good Fight! While afternoon boxing is OK and gives me something to watch, I prefer Primetime Boxing! Even the boxing fans are more USE to Primetime Boxing instead of After. Nobody is watching boxing together or having fight parties in the Afternoon. PBC experimenting a bit with Time Slots I Guess

I could care less about the ratings. It was a good fight.

        Hope more keep coming.

These ratings suck and could easily be improved but PBC is making a few crucial mistakes with their match ups, broadcasts, and still hurting from how much Haymon ruined the brands of some of his fighters in the last couple years.

Good fight (first three rounds anyway), but **** strategy to put it on a Saturday afternoon on Memorial Day weekend. I don't know who's calling the shots on when & where to put on the fights, but they should be fired ASAP.

i think theyre doing it for branding purposes. Also they have a lot of fighters and will have fights like Dirrell-DeGale which wont do good enough to merit a primetime spot. Theyre only getting so many primetime slots so theyre saving them for their bigger fights

Without good rating, you are not going to get good fights on TV because the Networks won't pick them up.
