2 parts of the same company. Like at&t mobile and at&t U-Verse are separate but both are divisions of at&t. In this case RocNation would be at&t and RocNation sports is a division of Rocnation. Which is also not comparable to 50's promotional company because it was a separate entity not in way connected to his other ventures.
