I don't know why other fighters and Floyd were tested less for other fights. My guess would be this fight was a much bigger fight and testing more made more for USADA.

Mosley never beat a WADA-accredited laboratory testing. He beat old NSAC pre-fight and post fight drug testing. Huge difference.
