Because a video can mean little in many cases without the backing of official documentation. A video doesn't always mean something did or did not happen.

There were witnesses in the media that already went on record about the random drug testing for Mayweather. ESPN most notably went on record as a witness. But you love to ignore this fact.

Next, we have both NSAC and USADA going on record about the random drug testing dates for both Mayweather and Pacquiao.

Because there was a no camera policy intact for both Team Pacquiao and Team Mayweather, especially when it came to sparring sessions. Unauthorised cameras were not allowed for both camps.
