Cotto's Conditioning Coach: "Cottos Conditioning Is That Of A 25 Year Old"

No one is picking on Cotto though. Cotto just happens to be campaigning at 154/160. If he were to throw in the towel today GGG/Canelo would just hunt the next big fighter in their division. Its nothing personal. If you don't want to see Cotto take a knee tell him to stop boxing.

Sounds like a cry for help though. "Tell him to stop boxing!"Originally posted by Agent Mulder View PostNo one is picking on Cotto though. Cotto just happens to be campaigning at 154/160. Knee? Do you have insider knowledge that either Canelo or GGG will be rocking plaster wraps?
Cotto has more balls in one ball, than 99.9% of the posters here.
Cotto's resume speaks louder than keyboards ever could.Last edited by PeasantCrusha; 05-25-2015, 10:59 AM.

In that case I'd like to see him fight a 24 year old Canelo or a 33 year old GGG. Instead he is defending his world middleweight title against a guy GGG knocked out in three rounds less than a year ago. He is defending his title at 157 which is 3 pounds below the 160 pounds world middleweight title fights ARE SUPPOSED TO BE FOUGHT AT. Cotto and his middleweight title have been on vacation for a full year and that's not right. Cotto is a poor champion and as soon as he gets his nerve up to fight Canelo or GGG he will be an ex champion. If Canelo beats Cotto for the middleweight title I think he will fight GGG at the proper 160 weight limit.

No one's legacy rests on beating CottoOriginally posted by PeasantCrusha View PostIf Cotto is truly washed up, then a loss to the bigger GGG or Canelo means not a whole lot.
Props to Cotto for being the man to beat for both GGG and Canelo. Apparently, their legacy hinges on a win over a washed up Miguel Cotto.
He's basically a prop holding a prop (title) and he's worth a lot of money hence the interest in fighting him.

So, then GGG and Canelo are just like Cotto afterall? All about them smart business decisions?Originally posted by Dirk Diggler UK View PostNo one's legacy rests on beating Cotto

By your logic, Floyd would not have fought Manny...A guy who got knocked the fck out by Memo Marquez. Cotto would not have rematched Margarito...And Floyd should never have fought Cotto for his losses prior. Canelo SHOULD fight GGG at the proper 160. He outweighs GGG on fight night. Smuggle that 174lb ass into a smaller/safer 155lb division for glory until GGG retires.

out of those 174lbs 20 are water weight, while GGG only adds 10lbs of water weight, there is still a 10lb difference, this means canelo can cut off to 154 and GGG cant... if GGG were the same size as canelo he would have no problem going down in weight for him, but guess what? he does have a problem and clearly stated wont go down for canelo, there is a reason GGG has never fought at 154 since he became pro...Originally posted by PeasantCrusha View PostBy your logic, Floyd would not have fought Manny...A guy who got knocked the fck out by Memo Marquez.
