Yep. nobody is holding canelo back from fighting GGG. I know his fans have convinced themselves that he beats GGG but Canelo does not believe them. Instead he will continue to posture up and convey interest in Cotto the middleweight but not so much GGGs brand of 160lbs

That'd be the 1st ever. Cotto's biggest problem was that he is a 1st half fighter.

Excuse me. But Pedro Diaz is from Cuba. That country only has chevy cars from the 50s. Phd or not the standards he was operating at where far from modern.

when it comes to sports cuba is top notch, they invest heavy money on athletes and their infrastructure...

But he says he can do so for floyd or cotto. What gives? I'll tell u its glory. Ggg is hungry to make a name for himself by fighting a great name. Canelo isn't there yet. Mayweather and cotto are.

I agree with you. but there heavy spending is a lot different from US heavy spending. Billions is the difference. Cuba is tremendous for what it accomplishes with its limited resources. However this limitation becomes an impediment at the upper echelons of US professional sports.

if he isnt after the money but the name and recognition then he should also push for a ward fight ... sincerely is hard to tell with GGGs team, one day they will fight everyone from 154 to 160 then next day ward is not a draw to go to 168 and canelo is not a big name to go to 154...

Cotto won't last long enough with either Canelo or GGG for conditioning to be a factor. No one cares about his CW bout with a GGG victim.
