I think one notch on his belt is he gave May (not just a hof'er but an atg) the toughest fight since Castillo. May even granted a rematch Which he has only done one other time with Castillo. Chino's career ain't over yet Either.

If he manages to win a belt at 154 one day I'd say he's in.
