Pac beat Algieri
Maidana beat Broner (overrated as hell, arguably beat 3 times before Maidana beat him, arguably Algieri beats Broner)
Guerrero beat Berto (arguably Algieri beats Berto)!
Ortiz beat Berto!
Cotto beat one-eyed Margarito..

The list goes on.. Some of the posters on here are either boxing newbies or extremely dumb. It's not like most of Mayweather's former opponents need to beat some sort of boogieman in the division to get the Mayweather fight. But Mayweather has run from Khan for years, I guess Khan is Mayweather's boogieman in a sense!

Berto Marga's Broner are all better then beating a career Jr WW who's really done nothing to speak of..

An impressive performance against Algeri didn't scare Floyd away from Pac! I still say Danny Garcia has earned his shot. He had a tough fight with Peterson, but he beat Khan and Matthysse, and he's undefeated. Too bad Khan couldn't avenge his loss to Garcia this Friday. That would've been a bigger victory than a win vs. Algeri!

As great as Floyd is we all know he's been on the run from Khan for years and has repeatedly ducked him for good reason, Styles make fights and Khan has the style to cause Mayweather major problems and snatch his 0 from him forever. Floyd ain't risking that in this lifetime.

What do you mean on the run for years?Don't act like khan hasn't been getting beat up and koed during that time frame. Lost to peterson was knocked out by garcia, and went life and death with diaz, he just started consistently winning and that's because he won't fight punchers anymore. Hell he hasn't even fought a world champion since Garcia.
