But he didn't . Andre had him figured out after the knockout. Showboating in his face. But he should not have let the last rounds go and let de gale jump around like he was doing something.

          • In a few months only, Haymon spinned off 3 of his "PBC champs": Quillin, Chavez Jr, Dirrell.

That's how I saw it too. It was as if Dirrell thought he had it won and let DeGale off the hook in 11 and 12.

In the round-by-round thread there was actually a couple of guys saying that Degale was going to be the victim of a "Haymon decision" on the scorecards. I was thinking to myself WTF are they talking about? One thing about the PBC is that the judging has been fair with several Haymon guys taking losses even when the fights are close.

People just hate the guy irrationally.
That's true, although the Peterson-Garcia judging was a terrible outcome, though both guys were Haymon fighters.

Jab battle? Dirrell's jab was hitting thin air all night. DeGale's right jab was rocking Andre's head back when he threw it.

I was giving Dirrell rounds based on Chunky going nothing but if we're using Defence as a scoring criteria, DeGale won that by a million miles.

                    • very good, close fight and yes that 1 judge should never be allowed to judge again. i need to apply if they are letting these kinds of cards fly outta nowhere
