Oh dam this fight already happened?!?!? I was just planning to look at the betting line on Bovada too, was thinking of putting some money on DeGale depending on what the odds on him were.

Ahh well wonder if there'll be a replay of this somewhere..

Thought Degale would take this. He proved me correct.

However his mid rnds lackadaisical approach nearly ruined it for him. Its something he has problems with "Switching off" I dont know whether his trainer is strong enough to stop him doing this. However for him to carry on at top lvl its something they need too fix.

Cut the crap, Andre missed with the majority of his punches. It's called 'Effective Aggression' for a reason.

117 is canelo's type numbers...was levi in the house?
          haymon robbing his own fighters??
          My card:

          rd 1: DeGale 10-9
          rd 2: DeGale 10-7
          rd 3: DeGale 10-9
          rd 4: Dirrell 10-9
          rd 5: Dirrell 10-9
          rd 6: Dirrell 10-9
          rd 7: Dirrell 10-9
          rd 8: Dirrell 10-9
          rd 9: Dirrell 10-9
          rd 10: Dirrell 10-9
          rd 11: Dirrell 10-9
          rd 12: DeGale 10-9

          Total: 114-112 ** (not 114-113) for Dirrell

rounds 6, 11 and 12 were close rounds, but I split rounds 11 and 12. I thought DeGale started well early in round 6, but Dirrell then took over. I don't know why DeGale should get both 11 and 12 rounds. He came on too late in round 11 imo. Round 12 was really anyone's round I gave it to DeGale.

But It was a close fight. The knockdowns were a huge factor. The judge who scored it 117-109 should never judge again. It was nowhere near that lop-sided.

I scored the fight for Dirrel. Close fight could have went either way but I just don't think Degeale did enough from round 5-12 to get a decision but not mad about the decision.

it was a great fight though and Props to Chunky for getting that strap.

Direll was jabbing thin air and putting in combinations against DeGale's gloves.

              Robbery!

Credit to DeGale but the way he faded like that was a concern for the future. He knew he had a big lead and that was part of it but you'd think that Froch is looking at that performance and seeing a guy he will take out down the stretch. Let's hope he stops hesitating over his future because that would be a great fight whoever wins.

It was a close fight and the margin was the knockdowns, so hard to really complain.

DeGale gave away large sections of the fight, but it is not like Dirrell was super effective either so.

To me there were several rounds that could be scored either way, I guess if you gave them all to DeGale you would get that one scorecard. It can work like that, so I wouldn't exactly call it clear cut.

In such cases got to honor the judges and props to DeGale.

fack right off!........overall I agree it didn't look like an annihilation, but on a round by round basis, which is how boxing is scored it was comfortable. Degale had rounds 1, 3, 4, 6, 11 and 12 with 2 Being a 10-7 round. He was so far ahead he could afford to lay off some rounds for a breather.

....anyway I'm off to ************ to see what that turd Gilfoid's excuse will be to how his uber talented bum chum Andre lost.
