Carl Froch vs Gennady Golovkin @ 168 - Wembley 2015: Who Win?

Favour Froch but age, inactivity and injury can't be ignored. Its an amazing fight, lets see what GGG is really all about.

Froch of a few years back I'd fancy in a big way.

Froch is a good fighter but GGG is a better fighter. I think GGG can beat anybody at 168 even though he is a small middleweight who can make 154 if need be. Froch hits hard and has a good chin but the smaller GGG hits even harder than Froch and has an even better chin. GGG is faster and better on defense and offense. Froch is fairly easy to hit with clean shots and GGG will knock him out. GGG would beat Froch at his best and with his age and bad shoulder Froch is not at his best today. Froch won't take this fight and may soon retire after having a great career.

if golovkin can get inside of froch's jab he will win. i would expect him to get busted up a bit though

I'm favoring GGG for a KO in the 8th or 9th round. Froch is no spring chicken,and GGG would be going in there with the intentions of making it a big drama show. I think that people are seriously underestimating gggs power,and overestimating froch's chin. Once froch gets hit flush(which he will) I doubt that he'd be too keen on making it a barn burner with golovkin.

If its in front of less fans, and Froch wins, will he be forced to bring up the lesser amount of fans in his new bragging line?

In another interesting development..They did a final ticket check for the Froch-Groves fight and it turned out attendance was actually 79,969...Froch was contacted and immediately suspended all social media accounts and hasn't been heard from since.

Except for one sighting in London where he was overheard rambling about "the time i knocked out george groves at Wembley, and they bodged up the ticket numbers the bastards"

Well Barry Hearn (Froch's promotional team) are predicting it well sell out Wembley with 80k people now, and they should know better than me and they have the marketing clout to make that happen anyway. So Froch could probably still use the 80,000 people in his future statements.

Jermain Taylor had Froch on his backside early and Groves had froch seeing stars in the first round! People say Froch has a great chin...but i think a man whose been dropped twice by boxers who are not considered as punchers, what do you think Golovkin would do to him? Even at a higher weight...that just means Golovkin will have more power. Golovkin via absolute KO.
