The point is that Floyd and his fans questioned Manny's injuries and said so what that's not a big deal. Floyd's come back was that he had terrible injuries to his hands and shoulders too. So if it did not require any examination, then it was not much of an injury and if it was, he lied.

Secondly, Floyd fans still believe Floyd? Manny having surgery, getting approval from USADA, commissions knowing before the fight, pain killers on the form, yet Floyd fans still not believing. Floyd on the other hand, with nothing on the form, your come back is "injury didn't require evaluation or examination"?

Yup sure do, just like NSAC had it weighed, just like 30 days out when #48's fanbase was screaming at Mayweather looking huge, yet he weighed 150...2lbs less than Manny on fight night.....just like Pac outweighed the bigger DLH

Floyd fans were talking about this very topic since 2009 but now that Floyd is under the microscope, so Floyd fans want to move on.

If this thread was about Manny, you guys would be all over this with a fine tooth comb. Don't believe? Go check out the threads about Manny's injury. There is proof (eg. surgery), but Floyd fans who pretend to be part time doctors said that was not enough.

Floyd said his hands were messed up and his shoulders too. So it was all BS then ..... so as long as you Floyd fans agree. Cool.

Its sad as hell when you post black and white facts and mfers still are in denial.
You missed the point. It's perfectly legal in the WADA code to use intravenous therapy with a TUE (so good so far), but the reason for the TUE has to be strictly for medical reasons. The part that where USADA is granting Mayweather a TUE without a medical reason is where they're breaking their own rules.

Is your TUE nearing its expiration date? Do you need to renew your TUE? Understand the TUE renewal process and where to send your completed application.

Legitimate medical indications for IV infusions are well documented and are most commonly associated with either medical emergencies or in-patient care.

When an IV infusion is administered to an athlete, the following criteria should
                be fulfilled:

                1. A clearly defined diagnosis.
                2. Supportive evidence that no permitted alternative treatment can be
                used.
                3. The treatment has been ordered by a physician and administered by
qualified medical personnel in an appropriate medical setting.
                4. Adequate medical records of the treatment.

The use of IV infusions in sport is commonly linked with rehydration after exhaustive effort, and this situation is arguably the major cause of debate. It must be understood that the use of IV fluid replacement following exercise to correct mild to moderate dehydration is not clinically indicated nor substantiated by the medical literature.
IV use for rehydration purposes does not meet any of the criteria needed for a TUE.

It may be allowed by NSAC, which is fine. But it's not supposed to be allowed by USADA.

Why would you need a TUE? How would that even show up on any tests? I'm confused.

I think you're jumping the gun.

He's just saying, if Mayweather used the TUE for rehydration purposes then that shouldn't be allowed.
