There's that, but that's pretty common. At least you get off. This other one is pettier. You mix that with PED use and its toxic

Their main incentive is to prevent athletes from using it to mask PED use.

"I don't know how closely you've followed our investigation into cycling, but you saw it used a lot in cycling. Because, putting a bag of saline over 50 ml, for example is the rule, would potentially mask or alter the blood testing that was done." - Travis Tygart, CEO of USADA
The policy already exists and is called the WADA code. That's why Floyd applied for a TUE and was granted by USADA. He had to provide a sample before and after the treatment to rule out the IV use for masking purposes. Having IVs and standard testing is the big issue. Having enhanced testing and especially testing before and after the treatment makes this not an issue.

USADA is now handling the drug testing for the UFC. They are using the WADA Code but allowed the use for IVs before October because the use of IVs in MMA is very common. Now they are teaching the UFC fighters and coaches how to properly rehydrate without IVs.

Whether it bothers me or not is irrelevant, if you are a cheat you are a cheat. Whether you point a finger and you are cheating yourself or you stay quiet whilst cheating is still the same thing, because you are quiet or vocal about it doesn't mean you are a cheat doe. For me i don't trust any boxer period.

                    • Another lance armstrong case in the making here.
No tmt or pbc fighters will take vada tests as well.
                      Berto got caught remember.

Wouldnt surprise me when and if floyd officially gets caught.
