Saline or Vitamin C isn't listed as a banned substance, and neither is Toradol, a TUE isn't required for any of the aforementioned. However, if Fraud Jr. was taking TRT (testosterone replacement therapy), which is most likely the case, then a TUE would not only grant him permission to take the banned substance, but it can also prevent that information from being made public.

without approval you can't use saline actually.......as small as it is thats how wada works. they are very touchy. even you have things in shampoo that are against wada code (shampoo. something that people use everyday) many things are dated on the list. wrong again.............
