A simple IV drip would have sufficed.

Saline is commonly used by competitive endurance athletes as a masking agent for PEDs, and Vitamin C can be used to rapidly detoxify various drugs and chemicals from the body. When combined together you have yourself a highly effective method of bypassing a potential positive drug test.

What do Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Lance Armstrong have in common? Both have admitted to using platelet rich plasma therapy, and both have used a saline solution prior to being administered a drug test.

Athletes use drugs, transfusions, and science to perform better. But how do they do it, and how are they caught?

Here's an excerpt from that article.

Was Floyd Mayweather Jr. using the saline/multi-vitamin mixture to mask his use of PEDs?

The red flag has been raised.
"In medicine, saline (also saline solution) is a general phrase referring to a sterile solution of sodium chloride (NaCl, more commonly known as table salt) in water, but is only sterile when it is to be placed parenterally (such as intravenously); otherwise, a saline solution is a salt water solution"

it's a salt water based solution thats even sold in walgreens & walmart.

holly **** you guys must be 12 year old nerds

Floyd always stacks the decks, including with using PEDs. I mean, its kinda obvious when you think about Floyd as a person, obviously he'd be the first person to use PEDS.
Yeah why would he need an exemption for saline?

Over the counter rehydrating solutions are saline, multivitamins are ok too. :dunno
          Xylocane?

I ran a cycle of saline and Vitamin C, made some good gains in a month, 15lbs of dry muscle.

I had to run a long PCT with a centrum multi though.

Mayweather uses this to dry himself out. Lose water weight but keep himself muscular and ready. He looked to be in great shape so I'm surprised he had to. Probably just wanted to make certain he wasn't drained or anything like that.

The commision held pacs water and vitamins in the dressing room

There's obviously a reason bill Brady was forced to retire

In the hearing about Floyd's hard sparring sessions and weed use in all access , that bill Brady dude couldn't get off Floyd's nuts. It was obvious he was on the payroll.

Intravenous fluid infusions are prohibited, partly because of the no-needles policy but for other reasons too.

You need a medical justification for a TUE though, can't imagine what that would be.
