Of course not. Wilder and Hamon want to milk the title against nobodies.

It's disgraceful that a champion is allowed to do this.

It all depends on how he looks in his next fight. Prior to Molina I would have said yes. Right now, I think not because the Wilder I saw against Molina IMO would get beaten by Povetkin.

            No, he will not allow

because Povetkin wins 100 times out of 100 fights with Wilder. all by K.O

For me, Povetkin is the 2nd best HW in the world

I don't see why not. Wilder would be the heavy favorite IMHO. To long and busy to defeat in a decision. To fast and powerful to get inside to land KO shots.

It will be an easy win for Deontay

Wilder has stated more than once hes going to fight him, and if he doesnt he will get stripped. The fight will happen sooner or later so enough with the b1tching nobody is ducking povetkin

But Wilder's manager Haymon has considerable influence with the WBC (like Don King used to have) and so they are unlikely to ever force Wilder to fight Povetkin.
In what situations has Haymon influenced the WBC or any alphabet group? Legit not recalling anything. And it would seem the speculation of him creating his own title at some point in the future would not garner his fighters much leeway with any alphabet group.
