MW division is very weak so ranking doesnt tell the whole story , Cotto is a great fighter but not a true MW so I dont expect him to take on the best in the division until he has too , he really is a 154 fighter .

Just because a guy wins a title in a division doesnt mean he will beat anybody in that division , be like Roy Jones beating Ruiz when Lewis would have blew him away .
