    More credible opponents in his weightclass:
    Maidana --> overweight, fights nobody till the end of the year
    Porter --> moves downs to 144 fights Broner
    Khan --> fights Algieri
    Brook --> fights Gavin
    Floyd -->won't fight him in September, and if there would be a chance for it Thurman would go for it either for the money or for the glory or for both.
    Guerrero --> Thurman already beat him
    Pac --> injured, and with TR so fight isn't realistic
    Rios -->he's with TR too.
    Bradley --> with TR, fights Jessie Vargas

    So the question is dear Salim Shandy: Do you really want to crucify Thurman because he fights Collazo?
    And please don't come wit Devon Alexander. That's just a stretch to say something. It's a bluff. The current form of Alexander is shot as ****, you know that too he wouldn't pose much more threat to Thurman than Collazo right now... Guerrero and Diego Chavez were both tougher opponents for Thurman than this washed up Devon.

    Think a little before you post or especially before you make threads please!
    Excuse me? Read the damn thread, I'm not crucifying anyone but rather exposing contradictions. I've not got a problem with Thurman, his attitude is great for boxing but at the moment he's proving to be a box of contradictions so I will expose the error of his words until he proves me wrong. End Of. "Khan's best win is against a blown up welter", then he fights a blown up welter, "Mayweather and Khan are a cherry picker", then he fights Guerrero and Collazo.

      Oh man... H just beat Guerrero now we really start to walking around and yell that he ducks the likes of Berto and Devon Alexander? Please a little more soberness. You didn't say it directly but from your comment it looks like you're accusing Turman to duck those guys, lol... After he beat easily Guerrero. Rrrright....
      Who the hell talks about Berto or Alexander as top contenders or dangerous welterweights in 2015? Nobody.

      How is Alexander much better? He's clearly faded. Didn't you see his last two fights? Porter ragdolled him all night and he was a shell against Khan also. He did literally nothing other than he watched closely how Khan jumps in and out while he lands on him.

      A Collazo fight now is about the same level or just a little worse than an Alexander one. Same rules apply to a hypothetical Berto fight.

        Guerrero isn't a cherry pick, he was and maybe he currently is on most of the ww top 10 lists which is a serious thing since ww is probably the strongest weight class right now.
        And Collazo as I said... He didn't have much better options. I just listed why.

          No but he called Mayweather a cherry picker and fought the same opponent.

            Can you name me a fighter who isn't full of contradictions?

              Link? If he did it's obviously a bad thing to do, not cool but just because that he won't be off of my favourite fighters list. I mean it's not a felony.
              Truth is Haymon says all of his fighters who they fight and who they don't, with the only exception of Mayweather so either Haymon fighter shouldn't accuse an other Haymon fighter with cherry picking.

                I'm not talking about Berto or Alexander as top opponents or dangerous welterweights. Not to Keith Thurman, anyway. And that's the point. Thurman has reached a level where guys like Berto and Alexander are the fights he should be taking in between the good ones.

                Have you seen the last 7 years of Collazo's career? He was done when Devon Alexander and Andre Berto were still prime. It isn't 2008 anymore. Collazo is a much worse fight than those guys. He lost to Berto, for crying out loud.

                It's not ducking, but Keith Thurman should have pushed for better, because there was better out there.

                  So why do you (and other GGG haters )bash GGG when his fans says "who else wants to fight him ? everyone is ducking him" ? you cant play it both ways , either we believe there is immense ducking or immense cherry picking in the boxing world or we dont , This is a garbage fight and thats all there is to it , you can make claims on why he took it but thats irrelevant to the fact that this fight stinks.

                      He should get the winner of Broner vs Porter Next, No Excuses! Andre Berto is available, why not him vs Berto. Easy for use to fans to say but again it is no telling what is going on behind closed doors. People are probably saying they would fight Thurman publicly but when the call is made and the fight is offered I'm willing to bet it is a different story behind closed doors.

                      Thurman will be fine, I'm not going to destroy the guy for 1 Fight that I'm sure wasn't his first choice but the best PBC could do for him now to keep him active until something Bigger comes along
                      Berto has been a ***** show, even the fight he won last. He's done. Lol, Berto. Smh
