Strangely I recall him calling Sillakh a Negro and various other racial slurs. I like the guy as a fighter but just because he has a black trainer doesn't excuse the fact he is quite clearly a racist pig who constantly gets excused because his English isn't great.

Well he isn't - he comes from a different background where he simply isn't aware of these things easily getting blown out of proportions in America. It is really worse with Hopkins, Broner, Floyd who ought to be more aware of what they say, how they behave.

Smoke and mirrors. In some society (like in the Russian) racism sadly is more of an "okay" thing or at least not a very bad thing but don't fool yourself with the thought that they "don't know what they say". They know it exactly. They are aware of what racism is and they aware of the fact that they behave a racist way when they do, just in their country as I said it's more an "okay" thing, people get pass for it. I can't give him a pass just because there many people give him a pass him in Russia and in America they don't because his racism is still racism and he knows about it, he isn't ******ed I guess.
I think in the USA the racism is also lives just they and other western civilisations do it a more subtle way, they try to veil it most of the times at least. At least they know that it isn't gentle...
