Kovalev is a bitch for signing a contract with HBO instead of fighting Stevenson. He really screwed every true boxing fan with that selfish decision.

That's only thing it means other than a ward fight HBO has no 175lbers to put in there with him maybe some real contenders come along since duva done signed him up for a 2+year contract which makes no sense I understand having security but as boxers these exclusive contracts to networks killing fights from happening

When there were no obstacles between them, Stevenson ran in the opposite direction. Remember 2013?

I'd take 2 fights per year against opponents like Stevenson over 4 fights against guys like Mohammedi, Agnew and Caparello.

I understand the business of cheap opponents/knockouts/good ratings but not at the expense of competitive fights.

How much money would you put on Kovalev, GGG or Lomachenko becoming bigger stars then #48 and Floyd are?

In fact, since Im a real boxing fan, let me ask you how much money would you put on one of them become as great a boxer as Floyd or #48?

That running hugging pot shot style you try and downplay has been and still is the biggest ppv star since 07 no matter if people tuning in to see him lose or not they purchasing his fights so miss me with the bs these so called warrior fighting guys haven't even sold one damn ppv and won't sell on ppv they in the 30's still trying cross over to superstar ppv level

Yeah it is **** it's not happening next. **** that it didn't happen when they were both on HBO.
Were you saying that it was a "good business move" when Stevenson signed with Haymon instead of fighting Kov back then?
