You're an idiot. At least use the right numbers if you want to start acting like you know anything. If you honestly believe that Pacquiao is getting $150m, that's on you; even if the even did $500m on PPV, cable companies/SHO/HBO will take half of that, with Top Rank Inc taking 40% of what is left over.
$500m by 50%, by 40% leaves the Top Rank pot at $100m, of which they take a third before sending Pacquiao anything (deducting the fight advances and the money paid after the fight from whatever payout Pacquiao is expecting).
Pacquiao got paid $25m, and likely won't see another penny from the fight for a long time; at least with Mayweather's offer, he would've seen $40m by now (and likely some money on the backed if he'd been willing to negotiate)
The TV rights were 60/40 this was established. 60% of the 500mil is 300mil.
Mannys 40% of that is 120mil for the PPV money alone. Lets say TR does take 33% that leaves manny with 80mil. 80mil on top of his gate, foreign tv rights, and all the other **** gives Manny at least 100mil+.
Floyd will probably be getting close to 180mil though. Nobody knows what his deal with Haymon is.Comment

Epic highway robbery by Floyd jr. Never emitated and Can never be duplicated lol biggest Con Job in the history of the sport. Literally ran with the money lol
Moral lesson, next super fight will for sure not be a hugging contest.
People will learn from this.Comment

I thought about the same thing and looked it up. Peyton is making "only" 15 million this coming year. But then I remembered that the NFL has a salary cap, so it does cramp their style a bit.Comment

Simply following the public numbers. Just because you can't follow the public information has no bearing on me.
Most of the money comes from the domestic PPV (of which Top Rank ends up with 40% of the balance remaining after HBO/Showtime take their 7.5% and the cable distributors take their 40%). Top Rank also picks up 25% of the face value tickets at the MGM Grand, and a share of the international TV rights money, event sponsors, the closed circuits, and every other revenue stream.
Top Rank, once everything is counted and paid for, maybe picks up $150m in totality, before paying Pacquiao his cut.
If the public numbers are wrong, then I've got nothing to say. No need to hate because you can't process.Comment
