I'd love to see this match, but I really doubt that it happens. And, as previously stated, if it happens, GGG stops Froch.

I would hate to see Froch stopped for the first time in his final fight. And he has a lot of hard miles on the clock now.

Golovkin seems to be an intelligent veteran fighter. With Curtis Stevens he exhibited caution and fought responsibly. With Monroe he was a little more careless than normal, which could've been due to Monroe's style as much as Golovkin trying to force a show.

I agree with you this would be a Vegas fight. I think they've missed their window for it to outdoors in Wembly stadium, as the soonest it could take place is September and the weather might be a little too cool. Additionally a big Vegas fight still outpays a packed 80,000 stadium fight due to expenses.

If Golovkin stopped Froch, I wonder if people would shit on it by saying Froch was done anyway? Some people would obviously, but what would the consensus be?

I think he'd get credit. Maybe not as much as he should, but taking out Carl Froch would be a serious statement, and put to bed any doubts about Golovkin's power at 168. For me at least.

I can remember him walking forward into shots against Stevens. Once he drops his opponent he has a tendency to take their punches.

Wembley has a roof for the fans, a canopy would be over the ring as I think it was for Groves. Frampton fought Martinez outdoors in September so I doubt temperature would be an issue. It couldn't happen in August?

I'm not sure Vegas would outpay a Wembley fight plus PPV. Froch earned $13m against Groves, is he going to get that fighting in Las Vegas?

The fights not gonna happen anyway.

How can you go from "I'm gonna retire" to let's fight golovkin ?

Because he saw Monroe hit him?

He went from "stay away from ggg , he punches like a mule" to "he's too small"

                Him and Hearn want attention

It's hilarious people think they are serious but expected

Watch them come out with "there wasn't enough money in the fight"

agreed 100% - frock and hearn want attention - this is how they get attention pretending to be interested in a fight the fans want

Frock won't take the fight because he knows what will happen

Froch is making quite an interesting narrative..

Carl "The Hype Killer" Froch. I remember when he destroyed Bute.. Everyone was picking Bute like he was some future great and then he absolutely washed him.

GGG is going to duck Froch.
