Agreed. Geale is a respectable challenge irrespective of his loss to ggg. If and I mean if Cotto smashes him then cotto needs to be given credit for his win and his win against martinez.

Guys like Trout who have good boxing ability, can pose problems for the stout Cotto.

Tell me how Canelo destroyed Trout while we are at it? He didn't... Some people will tell you Trout should have won that fight too. Bersteing had it 114-114.

You wanna tell me were Canelo's elite skills were in the Floyd fight? Lost? Where though?
      Got'em coach!

Cotto clearly under estimated trout and trout was starving for a win aguainst a big nAme. Just look at the all access episode cotto smirking when he sees trout. I think cotto martinez' trout in a rematch.

would a win over geale suddenly make sergio not crippled with a major knee injury?

cotto takes a rebound fight vs k9 for the jmw title and then fights canelo, in the meantime canelo prob fights andrade for the other belt, it wont be the same(cotto-canelo)but still sell about 1mill ppvs instead of 1.5...

Geale ****ing sucks. Cotto the supposed lineal champion cherry picked from GGG's left overs to find the least impressive one. Cotto is such a ****ing vagina. He just wants one more cash out fight with Canelo, but of course wants the lionshare of it when he isnt the draw. So he is fighting whatever cab driver will agree to let him have 90% of the purse until his next money fight.

I heard Geale's purse for this fight is: two bags of frito lays, a 1992 Crown Victoria with the spot light still attached, an open box of puerto rican eyebrow wax, a XXXL sized wife beater with hot sauce stains from Cotto's fat effeminate boyfriend and whatever change he can find on the ground of the MGM after the fight.

I would take Sergio's very own words more seriously than other speculation. Sergio said he was fine and he certainly looked fine. I concede he was not prime. But crippled is an overstatement of the highest order.

Translation: I intend to run until i eventually get caught with a left hook.

                  Smh

I got Cotto winning inside 5 by KO.

Aussies always lose fights-just a weak people

There has never been one tough Aussie boxer ever. Aussies do lose good though. geale went out nicely against GGG. Sammy slop Soliman went out nicely. And that Katsidis punching bag was terrible. Cotto wins an easy fight as Geale succumbs to pressure and wilts like a good Aussie.-
