So again, Maidana did better than Pacquiao. And why is that? It's because Floyd slugged it out with him for the better part of 12 rounds.

When he didn't stay in front of Maidana, did Maidana even win any rounds? Questionable.
For one, the rematch was never brought up, what was said was that...if Maidana can put hands on Mayweather, then Pacquiao can do a lot more, nothing about which particular fight between the two was ever mentioned. In fact Roach was still running his mouth about how Mayweather doesn't have his legs anymore, it all stuck together with them. Second, even in the rematch Mayweather had a far tougher time against Maidana than he did Pacquiao.

As the big Floyd fan, that's what you want to emphasize. Not that Mayweather also had a career low output all across the board. He was content with just doing enough to secure his usual points decision victory. His Dad wanted him to press the action, the crowd wanted him to press the action. Yet somehow it's all Pacquiao's fault right? The fault lies on both boxers. They both robbed us of a good fight. Not just Pacquiao. Floyd fans need to own up to this. Yes, you guys got the W but at least admit Floyd could have also done more for the fans.

but according to Freddie Roach and alot of people on this site Floyd didn't fight that way on purpose in the first fight, Maidana made it that way and Floyd's legs are shot. So which one is it?

It doesn't matter what was brought up. We're both smart enough to know why Maidana was able to land shots, when he was able to land them, and when he wasn't. We didn't have to pretend to be as vague as the quote. We're breaking it down a step further because we're smarter than that.

I know it's just more rubbing it in, it's fun, hey hey but let's not act like we don't know what happened and why it happened.

When a guy is only landing 18% of his punches and an abysmal 80 total punches.. why do more ? I mean at that point who needs to step it up? Mayweather who almost doubled Pac in punches landed and percentage? There's only one person who needs to SHOULDER the blame and it ain't Floyd

What you talking about , where is Mannys part in this , why didnt he just attack Floyd reckless , 2 reasons the first he is smaller than Floyd , then he is a puncher boxer not a brawler and on top of that what about Roachs super duper game plan where Manny was going to out work and out box Floyd , he tried and failed because Floyd is by far the better boxer and Manny was lost at sea .

It doesn't matter which one it is. You have a stationary Floyd in one fight. And a Floyd that was moving alot in another fight. That's it. You have a fight where Floyd threw 600(?)+ punches and a fight where he threw (300?)+ punches. So yeah. Maidana had someone to punch. Floyd say there and exchanged. Pacquiao did not. And honestly why it happened, I don't know for sure but I'm pretty sure it had something to do with the caliber of fighter standing in front of him. Just my thoughts.

Thought it was an excellent performance, seen it enough times to say that and Pacquiao was completely defused. Only performance of Mayweather I was disappointed in was the Maidana rematch, and that's a tough one to watch but I expected him to come through against Pacquiao and surly he did.

It's not both of their faults either, it's Pacquiao's, so Mayweather was suppose to make the fight tougher on himself? No, the opponent is suppose to do that shit.

I think the fans, and Pacquiao would have both preferred Floyd fight a Maidana 1 type fight. But he chose not to, and with good reason. Worked out for him.

I don't think anyone questioned who the better boxer is/was. No one was banking on Manny to outbox Floyd.
